God! Higher a narrator and stop using the text to speech function. It sounds like Stephen Hawking's sister is doing the voice over.

I don't understand some of these video clips. Napa Valley – the video talks about vineyards and quality wine, hotels, restaurants, but the video just shows a clip of video from a drone hovering over a parking lot. Not a single vineyard. Ditto about Sequoia Nat'l Forest. How about an actual image of a sequoia?

I usually disagree with "Ten Best" lists of destinations for most states. California is particularly diverse making compiling such a list very difficult. Often these lists include far too many urban locations, in my opinion. However, this list is a pretty good balance between urban and rural locations. If this was a top 12 list I would add the central and northern coastlines, some of the most spectacular scenery in the country. I would also include the coastal redwoods.

Having lived in the Bay Area for 55 years, and being a nature lover, I'd have a somewhat different list. It would include Santa Cruz & the Santa Cruz Mountains, Lake Tahoe and Redwood National Park. Yosemite is a must. California has an extremely diverse collection of gorgeous environments, some of which are very different within a few miles.

How can you make top 10 without doing your research. How can you miss out Lake Tahoe? It could easily be top 10 to visit in the United States let alone California.
