    if not fr bad sun id do uruguay or argentina ..  for many paragauy for cheap living and location to travel south america and to get to europe . potrugal and spain . ..

    1. Chile (estable en todo sentido)
    2. Uruguay (estable en todo sentido)
    3.Panama (educación mala pero tienen dinero y obvio la educación ha ido mejorando , tambien creo que la infraestructura es muy superior a la de muchos paises)
    4.Costa Rica ( no hay ejercito , la seguridad es parecida a la de Chile y Uruguay , buen servicio de salud , educación gratis y buena , pues el gobierno invierte el dinero destinado al ejercito en educación)
    5.Argentina ( cada vez van peor en su economía , la infraestructura y educación es de las mejores en latinoamerica pero para nada es un pais estable)
    6.Ecuador ( estabilidad regular)
    7.Peru ( tienen dinero pero demasiado desigual)
    8.Mexico ( se creen el mejor país del mundo pero por algo Estados Unidos los tiene de sobra , creo que la economia mexicana es muy fuerte pero no es un pais estable y excluye a las clases mas bajas )
    9.Brazil ( mucha desigualdad y violencia aunque son ricos )
    10. Colombia ( mucha desigualdad y violencia aunque tienen dinero )

    I'm American and I lived in Paraguay 🇵🇾 I'm about to go again next week the 11 I'm surprised they didn't pull it on the list . Also do your research watchmojo paraguay was listed as the happiest country in the world .
